Smooth and shiny hair

I Was a bit dubious using this product with all the different features it has, but when you get it out the box it's really easy to use and understand. The different attachments are easy to fit and exchange, I have only tried the colour saver attachment so far but will try the concentrator and diffuser.Drying your hair with the colour saver setting and attachment on does take a little bit longer than normal but the hairdryer isn't heavy so it doesn't cause the ache you get from other dryers. I would definitely say the extra time is worth it, I didn't condition my hair as usual before drying and by the time it was dry it was softer and shinier than it would of been with the conditioner any way, also it does save your colour my colour has started to fade now but the dryer has made it slightly brighter than it was before washing. This hairdryer will definitely be getting recommended and you don't need to have coloured hair to benefit from this dryer as I found out on the part of my hair that isn't dyed and that looks shinier and healthier by using the dryer.

Perfect to add to my hair routine

With my red hair, I use colour save shampoo, conditioner and styling products, so why not styling equipment. The hairdryer comes with 3 different nozzles including a special colour saver nozzle.I have thick hair so it normally takes a while to fully dry my hair but using the colour saver nozzles, the drying time was reduced. The nozzles lowers the temperature but increase the flow so my hair is not cooked wo within an inch of it life. My hair is soft and easy to style.Hairdryer approved by Debbie. Box approved by Miss Millie!

Because Braun is worth it.

Wow....I was super excited to receive my buzz package. The BRAUN 7 colour saver.'Well hello BrAun you sleek, shimmering life saver'. It really looks luxurious! Now for the test...Naturally I find the instructions however, it was laughably huge.. endless unfolding led me to ditch them and work it all out myself and to be fair they symbols on the hairdryer were self explanatory. Go me lolOnce up and running I started to treat my medium/fine hair, shoulder length that tends to get greasy easily. I found using the colour saving nozzle first works best as it gives a even quicker dry without my hair getting to hot and angry looking. Im not much for curls but the diffuser is great for extra volume but I find I gain the same effect using the slim nozzle and tipping my head upside down whilst blowdrying up through to my roots. At the end I use the slim nozzle and cool shot to set and tame my hair to the style I have blown it.I have to say I have noticed a good difference in my hair colour and condition, it was left feeling smooth and lightweight without any signs of heat damge or dullness in colour. The dryer was heavier to hold than what im used to but the Braun does have more to offer.Overall a good product that does protect and norrish your hair making you feel worth it.

Good all round hairdryer

Hairdryer has lots of settings for both temperature and speed, 3 useful attachments, my only criticism is that the power cable could do with being a bit longer. My hair was nice and shiny after using it too.

Not just like 'any' hairdryer!

So when I read that it retains the moisture I thought, yeh right! Ya know what, it really does! My hair is so much softer and feels healthier! I also suffer with a bad back and holding hairdryers can be painful if heavy, this is actually not too heavy! It has a good top speed so it drys your hair nice and quickly - I don't wanna be sat drying my hair for ages!It is really stylish looking and even lights up blue.....something my 4yo boy loves haha

No more dry ends

A few days in and so far so good. Hair definately softer. Pros of the Sattin Hair 7 is it does what it says on the box. Have to use product longer to see if it does colour save but certainly have found it a great product. Usually have to wash my hair everyday as roots get greasy however since using this hairdryer haven't had to do so. Found styling easier too. Only down side so far is due to using the slightly cooler temperature hair taking longer to dry, however I will take that downside!

The best hairdryer I've owned, especially for fine hair

This is the first Braun hairdryer that I have owned and, I must say, I'm certainly impressed beyond belief with it.I tend to use the Satin mode more than anything as I have quite fine hair that's prone to damage. Also, having fine hair, I am normally plagued with static after using other hair dryers. With this one though, I don't have any problems at all. There is also an Ionic mode, which Braun says blasts your hair with Ions. In truth, I'm not quite sure how this works. There are three heat settings, as well as three power levels, a colour saver mode and the Ionic button. The dryer also comes with attachments for curly hair and, for styling. The power cord is also a fair length as well and, I can use the hairdryer without having to crawl around near the plug sockets.I would say that, from towel dried hair it takes just less than 10 minutes for this hairdryer to work its magic.Friends and family have noticed a difference in my hair now that I have started to use this dryer and, for the better too!Needless to say, I think I'm totally converted to using Braun again for my hair care products. I would give this haidryer a 10/10 with a gold star!

brilliant piece of equipment

Wow, I used the braun satin 7 for the first time last night and can honestly say this is the best hairdryer ive ever used!!I have real problems finding giod hair dryers straightners etc due to having really really thick wavy hair, after using the braun satin 7 I looked and felt as though id just walked out of a salon. My hair looks so healthy theres no flyaway static bits and my usually dullish colour looks brighter than ever. This product certainly will be getting a huge huge recommendation to all my family and friends. .. if you really want that salon look done your self at home then this is definitely the product for you... be the envy of all your friends who are paying silly amounts at a salon.i guarentee you will loom good and feel good.
