Tribe

The social mobility network

Designed by Ale Crova, Jocelyn Grace Pericotti, Tommaso Formica, Giulio Zampieri

About the project.
In 2030 a complete transition to autonomous and shared mobility is expected. Every vehicle will be available to all, at least according to the industry's forecasts of the largest investors and manufacturers. However, today's shared mobility appears colourless and far from its objectives. We focus on technological advancement, but who considers the social evolution that this disruptive change will require? Our goal as a designer is to accompany citizens of the metropolis through a transition period, educating them to share thanks to Tribe.

To paraphrase Seth Godin: a Tribe is a group of people connected to a leader and an idea. For millions of years, human beings have been part of one Tribe or another. A group needs only two things to be a tribe: a shared interest and a way to communicate. In our project, the leader of this change for good is a vehicle designed from the inside to the outside, designed with the people at the core. The shared interest is a better mobility system for a better tomorrow. The way to communicate is a digital platform in the hands of people to let them reunite into tribes that will share a shared vision: reshaping the future together.
