1. Subject of the conditions of participation and organizer
(1) The following Terms of Participation govern the conditions for participation in the 2021 BraunPrize Instagram Competition: Vote & Win. The competition and the procedure applied to it are described on the Instagram pages of Braun Global and BraunPrize. For avoidance of doubt the competition will be held here:

(2) Organizer of the competition:

(3) By participating in the respective competition these terms and conditions are accepted.

(4) The competition is not sponsored by or in any other way supported by or linked to Facebook or Instagram.

2. Participation
(1) The participation in the competition is free and in no way associated with the purchase of any goods or the use of any service.

(2) Eligible to participate in the competition are all persons older than 18 years. To enter, participants must vote for, and like their favourite winning project from the 2021 BraunPrize International Design Competition.

Participants must vote by completing the following:

1. Like the grid post dedicated to their favourite 2021 BraunPrize winner project
2. Comment with the name of their favourite project on the roundup post featuring all 10 winning projects

The competition will open on Friday 19 November 2021 and will close on Thursday 9 December 2021 at 11.59pm CET.

(3) Multiple participations using fake identities or identities of third parties will be invalid and not considered.

(4) Excluded from participation are employees of the organizer and their relatives as well as employees of companies affiliated to the organizer and their relatives.

3. Win and win notification
(1) Eligible participants will have the opportunity to win 1 of 10 Braun watches.

(2) The winners will be randomly selected using a randomised selector tool from all eligible participants within one week of the closing date on Thursday 9 December 2021. The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message by Thursday 16 December 2021 and asked to provide contact details and their preferred delivery address within a specific deadline. This information is exclusively used to ship the prize to the 10 selected winning participants.

(3) In the absence of a reply email within the aforesaid deadline the organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

(4) The prize is neither transferable nor can the prize be exchanged or paid in cash.

(5) The winnings will be shipped, at the cost of the organizer, to the winner or his/her legal representative by post to the address indicated.

(6) The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules.

4. Early termination and changes
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate this competition, in whole or in part and at any time, for technical reasons (eg viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.

5. Privacy
The participant may exercise their data protection rights by visiting the P&G Privacy Policy page: https://privacypolicy.pg.com/en-GB/#preferences.

6. Final provisions
(1) If any of the Terms of Participation is or becomes legally invalid or if there is a gap that needs to be filled, the validity of the remainder shall not be affected thereby. Invalid terms shall be replaced with a term that comes as close as possible to the intended result of the invalid term.

(2) The Terms of Participation are subject to Swiss law. Any legal action is precluded.

(3) Mit der Teilnahme an dem jeweiligen Gewinnspiel werden diese Geschäftsbedingungen anerkannt.

(4) Das Gewinnspiel wird nicht von Facebook oder Instagram gesponsert oder in irgendeiner anderen Weise unterstützt oder steht mit diesen in Verbindung.

2. Teilnahme
(1) Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und in keiner Weise mit dem Kauf einer Ware oder der Inanspruchnahme einer Dienstleistung verbunden.

(2) Teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle Personen über 18 Jahre. Um am Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen, müssen die Teilnehmer für ihr Lieblings-Gewinnerprojekt des Internationalen BraunPreises 2021 stimmen und es liken.

Die Teilnehmer müssen ihre Stimme abgeben, indem sie die folgenden Schritte ausführen:

(3) Mehrfachteilnahmen unter Verwendung falscher Identitäten oder Identitäten von Dritten sind ungültig und werden nicht berücksichtigt.

(4) Ausgeschlossen von der Teilnahme sind Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters und deren Angehörige sowie Mitarbeiter von mit dem Veranstalter verbundenen Unternehmen und deren Angehörige.

3. Abstimmung und Gewinnbenachrichtigung
(1) Teilnahmeberechtigte Teilnehmer können eine von zehn Armbanduhren von Braun gewinnen.

(2) Die Gewinner werden innerhalb einer Woche nach Teilnahmeschluss am Donnerstag, den 9. Dezember 2021, unter allen teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmern per Zufallsprinzip ermittelt. Die Gewinner werden bis Freitag, den 17. Dezember 2021 per Instagram-Direktnachricht benachrichtigt und gebeten, innerhalb einer bestimmten Frist ihre Kontaktdaten und ihre bevorzugte Lieferadresse anzugeben. Diese Informationen werden ausschließlich für den Versand des Preises an die zehn ausgewählten Gewinner verwendet.

(3) Sollte innerhalb der oben genannten Frist keine Antwort-E-Mail eingehen, behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, einen anderen Gewinner auszuwählen.

(4) Der Gewinn ist weder übertragbar noch kann der Gewinn umgetauscht oder in bar ausgezahlt werden.

(5) Der Gewinn wird auf Kosten des Veranstalters per Post an den Gewinner oder seinen gesetzlichen Vertreter an die angegebene Adresse versandt.

(6) Der Wert eines dem Gewinner zuerkannten Preises kann je nach gesetzlichen Vorschriften steuerlichen Meldepflichten unterliegen. Jeder Gewinner ist selbst dafür verantwortlich, alle anwendbaren Steuern im Zusammenhang mit dem Preis zu melden und zu zahlen und alle mit dem Preis verbundenen Kosten zu tragen, die nicht ausdrücklich in den offiziellen Regeln vorgesehen sind.

4. Vorzeitige Beendigung und Änderungen
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel aus technischen Gründen (z. B. Viren im Computersystem, Manipulation oder Fehler in der Hard- und/oder Software) oder aus rechtlichen Gründen jederzeit ganz oder teilweise abzubrechen oder zu beenden, wenn eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels nicht gewährleistet werden kann.

6. Schlussbestimmungen
(1) Sollte eine der Teilnahmebedingungen rechtsunwirksam sein oder werden oder sollte sich eine ergänzungsbedürftige Lücke ergeben, so wird dadurch die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bedingungen nicht berührt. Unwirksame Bestimmungen sind durch eine Bestimmung zu ersetzen, die dem mit der unwirksamen Bestimmung beabsichtigten Ergebnis möglichst nahe kommt.

(2) Die Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen dem schweizerischen Recht. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

2. Participation
(1) La participation au concours est gratuite et n'est en aucun cas associée à l'achat de biens ou à l'utilisation de services.

(2) Toutes les personnes de plus de 18 ans peuvent participer au concours. Pour concourir, les participants doivent voter pour leur projet favori lauréat du concours international de design BraunPrize 2021 et cliquer sur « J'aime » sous sa publication.

(3) Les participations multiples utilisant de fausses identités ou l'identité de tiers seront considérées comme nulles et ne seront pas prises en compte.

(4) Les employés de l'organisateur et leurs proches ainsi que les employés des sociétés affiliées à l'organisateur et leurs proches ne peuvent pas participer.

3. Vote et notification de victoire
(1) Les participants éligibles auront la possibilité de gagner une parmi 10 montres Braun.

(2) Les gagnants seront tirés au sort parmi tous les participants éligibles au cours de la semaine suivant la date de clôture, le jeudi 9 décembre 2021. Les gagnants seront notifiés par message direct Instagram d'ici au vendredi 17 décembre 2021et invités à fournir leurs coordonnées et l'adresse de livraison de leur choix dans un délai spécifique. Ces informations sont utilisées exclusivement pour expédier la récompense aux 10 gagnants sélectionnés.

(3) En l'absence de réception d'une réponse par e-mail dans le délai susmentionné, l'organisateur se réserve le droit de sélectionner un autre gagnant.

(4) La récompense n'est ni transférable, ni échangeable et ne peut être payée en espèces.

(5) Les gains seront envoyés, aux frais de l'organisateur, au gagnant ou à son représentant légal par la poste à l'adresse indiquée.

(6) La valeur de toute récompense attribuée à un gagnant peut être déclarée à des fins fiscales conformément à la loi. Chaque gagnant est seul responsable de la déclaration et du paiement de toutes les taxes applicables liées à la récompense et du paiement de toutes les dépenses associées à une récompense qui ne sont pas spécifiquement prévues dans le règlement officiel.

4. Annulation et modifications anticipés
L'organisateur se réserve le droit d'annuler ou de mettre fin au présent concours, intégralement ou en partie et à tout moment, pour des raisons techniques (p. ex. virus dans le système informatique, manipulation ou erreurs du matériel et/ou du logiciel) ou pour des raisons juridiques si une réalisation appropriée du concours ne peut être garantie.

5. Confidentialité
Le participant peut exercer ses droits de protection des données en consultant la page dédiée à la politique de confidentialité de P&G : https://privacypolicy.pg.com/fr-FR/#preferences.

6. Dispositions finales
(1) Si une des Conditions de participation est ou devient légalement nulle ou si une lacune doit être comblée, la validité des autres conditions n'est pas affectée. La condition nulle est remplacée par une condition qui se rapproche le plus possible du résultat attendu de la condition nulle.

(2) Les Conditions de participation sont soumises au droit suisse. Toute action en justice est exclue.

2. Partecipazione
(1) La partecipazione al concorso è a titolo gratuito e non è in alcun modo associata all'acquisto di beni o all'utilizzo di servizi.

(2) Possono partecipare al concorso tutte le persone di età superiore ai 18 anni. Per partecipare, i partecipanti devono votare e mettere "Mi piace" al loro progetto vincitore preferito del concorso internazionale di design BraunPrize 2021.

I partecipanti devono votare procedendo secondo i seguenti passaggi:

(3) La partecipazione sarà considerata invalida e non presa in considerazione nel caso in cui vengano utilizzate identità false o di terze parti.

(4) Sono esclusi dalla partecipazione i dipendenti dell'organizzatore e i loro parenti, nonché i dipendenti di società affiliate all'organizzatore e i loro parenti.

3. Notifica di voto e vincita
(1) I partecipanti idonei potranno vincere 1 dei 10 orologi Braun.

(2) I vincitori saranno selezionati in modo casuale tra tutti i partecipanti idonei entro una settimana dalla data di chiusura, ovvero giovedì 9 dicembre 2021. I vincitori riceveranno una notifica tramite messaggio diretto di Instagram entro venerdì 17 dicembre 2021 e verrà loro chiesto di fornire i dettagli di contatto e un indirizzo di consegna preferito entro un termine specifico. Queste informazioni saranno utilizzate esclusivamente per la spedizione del premio ai 10 partecipanti vincitori selezionati.

(3) Qualora non ricevesse l'e-mail di risposta entro il suddetto termine, l'organizzatore si riserva il diritto di selezionare un altro vincitore.

(4) Il premio non è trasferibile né può essere scambiato o corrisposto in contanti.

(5) I premi saranno inviati, a spese dell'organizzatore, al vincitore o al suo rappresentante legale a mezzo posta all'indirizzo indicato.

(6) In conformità con la normativa vigente, il valore dei premi assegnati a un vincitore può essere riportato a fini fiscali. Spetterà unicamente a ogni vincitore riportare e pagare qualsivoglia tassa applicabile relativa al premio e saldare eventuali spese associate ai premi non espressamente previste dalle norme ufficiali.

4. Risoluzione anticipata e modifiche
L'organizzatore si riserva il diritto di annullare o risolvere il concorso, totalmente o parzialmente e in qualsiasi momento, per motivi tecnici (ad esempio virus nel sistema informatico, strumentalizzazione o errori nell'hardware e/o nel software) o per motivi legali laddove non sia possibile garantire una corretta esecuzione del concorso.

6. Disposizioni finali
(1) Qualora una delle Condizioni di partecipazione sia o diventi giuridicamente invalida ovvero sussistano lacune da colmare, ciò non inciderà sulla validità delle rimanenti Condizioni. Le condizioni ritenute non valide saranno sostituite con una condizione che si avvicina il più possibile al significato voluto della condizione considerata non valida.

(2) Le Condizioni di partecipazione sono soggette alla legge svizzera. È vietata qualsivoglia azione legale.
